Marco Rezk lives by his motto every single day: “I want to help people.” Going to McNair Academic and then Dickinson High School, Marco now goes to New Jersey City University, where he is double majoring in political science and philosophy.
He was born and raised in Jersey City, and wants to contribute to the growth and success of the city he calls home. At Dickinson, Marco was elected class president, and participated in numerous extracurricular activities.
He is a gold-leaf ambassador for the College Board Student Ambassador Program, and graduated with multiple honors from both his school and the Board of Education. Since going into college, he has since then run for Freshman Class President, joined the newspaper club, become an Orientation Leader, and joined the National Society of Leadership and Success, all on top of keeping up a 4.0 GPA.
When he was just 18, Marco was the head of public outreach for the Jersey City sister March For Our Lives, and is a strong advocate for better gun laws throughout the U.S. In his downtime, Marco describes himself as an avid computer hardware and video games enthusiast, and built his own computer when he was 16 years old.
Marco is now the Editor-in-Chief of The Gothic Times. He can be contacted at marcorezk@yahoo.com or by phone at 201-233-7530.
